Our costs are as follows:

UK Courier Tracked £10.00
European Courier £30.00
Rest Of World Courier £40.00
We aim to get all UK mainland orders to you within 3-4 days, usually sooner. For shipping to Europe please expect 5-7 working days. International shipping please expect 7-10 working days.
If you do wish to return an item and receive a refund, please notify us within seven days of receipt and return the item to us within fourteen days of receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds or credit for items with the tags removed.
Please be fully aware that we cannot refund for pieces that are damaged or worn.
The cost of all returns must be covered by yourself. We strongly suggest that you choose any insurance and/or proof of delivery options that may be available to you. Until we receive the pieces at our registered address they are considered your responsibility. We cannot offer any refunds or credit for pieces we do not receive back.
Returns & CANCELATIONS
What is your returns policy for items purchased via the website?
Please note that we cannot deal with exchanges. You'll have to place a separate order for any replacements after we refund you for the items you wish to return. For instance: if you order a large but want to swap it for a medium size, you'll need to send us back the large, we'll refund you for it, then you'll need to order the medium separately yourself.
We hope you are very happy with the item(s) you purchase. However, if you are not, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
If you are unable to return the goods to us before the 14 day period has expired you need to notify us of your intention to cancel, always within the 14 day period.
To do so, simply email info@boysownproductions.com. Include the following to help us identify your order as quickly as possible:

What costs will you refund?
If you cancel your order before it's sent, we will refund the price you paid for the item(s) and any delivery costs that you have paid.
If you need to return the pieces, then you're required to pay the cost of returning them to us. If we receive them in good order, we'll refund the cost of the pieces themselves.
When will I receive my refund?
We will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
If you have not received the goods at the time of your cancellation, we will make the refund within 14 days after you inform us of your decision to cancel the order.
How will you refund me?
We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
Do I have to pay the cost of returning the item(s) to you?
Yes, unless the item is damaged or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
What if the item is faulty?
If the item is found to be faulty, or not as described, please email info@boysownproductions.co.uk. Include the following to help us identify your order as quickly as possible:

Will you refund the cost to return the items to you?
Should the items be faulty yes, we will refund the price of the items in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item. This only applies to faulty items.
